I can't stop raving about the yummy meals we had, especially the fresh smoothies and fish wrapped in banana leaves. The peaceful garden area was a great spot to unwind after tackling all those steep stairs. Just a heads up, remember that toilet paper can’t be flushed, but it’s not a dealbreaker! 😊

Amazing views and delicious smoothies, but the bathroom had a strange smell.

Just an excellent fit for taking strolls in Jaibalito with decent value for money. The room had a small private veranda overlooking the lake, which was a nice bonus. Bring cash because they don’t accept cards.

great stay but room for improvement
The accommodations featured a lovely garden view that added peace to our stay. The staff, including the manager and waiters, provided exceptional friendliness and service. We enjoyed the overall atmosphere, which felt very welcoming.
The room could use some updates to match the beauty of the surroundings.

Stunning views of the lake and volcanoes greeted me every morning, creating a serene backdrop for my stay. The property offers a plethora of hidden spots with hammocks and seating areas. While the shared bathrooms were impeccably clean, my dining experience was marred by a long wait for mediocre food, although the hibiscus flower water was a highlight. Be aware that cash is the only payment method accepted. The steep paths can be a workout, but the stunning gardens and relaxed atmosphere make it worth it.

Had an amazing time with friends! We explored the ancient Mayan trail from Santa Cruz to San Marcos, and the stunning views took our breath away. The friendly staff made everything so easy, and the food was delicious each meal. Just be ready for lots of steps to navigate the property, but it's totally worth it!
The only downside was the somewhat outdated accommodations. We were surprised there was no hot water in the shower, which was a bummer after a long day of exploring.

This place is stunning, with breathtaking views and flowers that make you feel like you're in paradise. The staff is super friendly, especially Jared, he really made my dining experience special! The food was enormous and delicious. don't miss the eggplant parmesan. Plus, there are purified water stations galore! You can even grab a day pass for just 50Q to soak in the chill vibes.
But wow, those steps! Climbing up those mountains is no joke, and I didn't have any help with my bags. The food prices were through the roof for what you got. And don’t even get me started on the weird payment process — felt a bit sketchy. Definitely more hostel vibes than hotel luxury.
